What is a Health & Wellness Coach?

A Health & Wellness Coach (aka Health Coach) is a trained professional who helps individuals improve their overall well-being through practical, sustainable lifestyle changes. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, Health Coaches partner with clients to set personalized goals related to nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, mindset, purpose, and more.

While Health Coaches do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, we bridge the gap between medical recommendations and real-life implementation. Whether the focus is prevention, navigating risk factors, or managing a chronic condition, coaching supports clients in taking consistent, meaningful action toward improved health outcomes.

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute discovery session to assess fit, discuss your needs and how we can work together.     In our first official 1-hour session, we’ll take a thoughtful look at your current state of well-being—what’s working, what’s not, and where you feel stuck or unsure. This session sets the tone for your coaching journey with depth, honesty, and intention.
