Whether you’re managing a new diagnosis, caring for others, or juggling work and life, I help you break the cycle of stress and thrive in body, mind, and spirit.
I know resilience because I’ve lived it. I’ve walked through fire—facing a rare disease, major life transitions, personal loss—and come out stronger. Along the way, I learned that hope, optimism, and self-care aren’t luxuries—they’re lifelines.
